As I understand it, it's more Devin sets up the basic pattern then the guys put their own spin on it. I know Gene especially, and probably Ryan, did a lot of his own tom/cymbals work over the top of the base patterns.

I'm super hype for the DVD/Bluray to come out. I had the sound coming through my phone because it was the best shared speaker I had. Definitely wanna listen to the whole performance through headphones. It was next level amazing. You and everyone involved did a great job.

Devin should totally re-record Ziltoid with you on the drums! The original drumkit from hell samples haven't aged very well IMO :D

DFH was so far ahead of the competition when it came out that I guess everyone and their dog used it. I even used it on my home demos back then, and I guess that's why the samples annoy me on Ziltoid :D
