mam mere sath yahi iissu hay main bohot preshan hun raat KO neend nahi aati ghabrahat feel hoti hay...kuch samjh nahi aarhi😭 dil ki❤ dharkan bhi tez ho rahi .main kya kron😭

Assalam o alaikum I am sorry to hear about your distress. I suggest you see a good ENT doctor to see if surgery is an option for you. You can also see my video on DNS in the playlist "public health awareness"- it gives some guidance about treatments and surgery procedure and after care. Hope it helps you.
I have done septoplasty (DNS+sinus) surgery 27 days ago now i have no headache but i have little pain in nose
