the outro gets me every time... Per Nilsson truly is a guitar genius
Should never have been a bonus track. What a masterpiece!
This ending solo is one of those I grinded for dozens of hours
This song represents 'trying', a sense of self and an immense understanding of unity. Nobody is going to understand that. Mostly because they don't want to.
SS's best song ever. Period.
Per is guitar God, Christian is Vocal God, Henrik is Lyrics God
Best track on the whole album. Love the Mixolydian solo
I used "deviate from the form" in casual conversation just the other day. I only remembered later that I got that from these guys lol
Ahhhhhhhhh. Where the young and old collide. :)
Outro reminds me of the ending of a long fought battle. A battle that was once thought impossible to win. Now with victory in sight, and your enemy beginning to retreat, you keep pushing forward to eminent victory.
A lot of words in this song. A lot of meaning. A lot of people refusing reality in contradiction to said reality. We're here now. This is what I ranted about for years.
Makes more and more sense as 2024 is upon us.
This is their best song in my opinion.
One of my favorite metal solos of all time- a two part masterpiece.
Can't believe the best song on the album is a "bonus" track :D

At the end of every day, you have to be you.
Great track from SS! 🤘
Per is truly a special talent and a brilliant musical mind. There are many guitarists I admire, many of them great soloists, but I don’t think there’s a better pound for pound metal guitar soloist. Every time he graces a track it’s with thoughtful, beautiful, and dazzling artistry that perfectly elevates the composition and I couldn’t imagine a single note different. Even outside of the section you’d strictly call a solo he finds continuity and compositional flow. This track is one of the best examples, especially
Better than sex solo.
