another better way is to add tv screens on every restaurant hotels bus stops railway stations airports and other public places and show them there continously 24×7 ....i guess this will help❤

Some points that i noticed that are not blatantly obvious: 1. The room had every single representation of women, modern, traditional, hipster, educated, uneducated, old, young, religions etc 2. TV squeaking was an indication that victim passed away and it is coming to the room 3. Med aspirant is nirbhaya 4. Maushi was an example of marital grape 5. Specially abled girl was a great choice to include 6. Deaf and mute girl could understand them at some point and needed ASL at others, probably an artistic choice

If the idea had been entirely original, they might had made a film out of it and showed in theatres. Google for the original film, named 'Four' uploaded on KZread almost 2 years back. No big starcast so we didn't knew about it..

I'm blown away by the powerful performances of Kajol, Neha Dhupia and other brilliant actors. The way Priyanka Banerjee has highlighted the harsh realities faced by women in our society is both heartbreaking and eye-opening. Kudos to the entire cast for delivering such a moving and impactful film. This short film is a must-watch for everyone!

How excellently this shows that no matter the age...child- old, dressed in mini skirt or in burqa..,homemaker or a student, ..educated or not....no one is safe. Edit : Thankyou for the likes and comments.. I have never received such a response on any of my comment. Just want to add that let us not bring our religious differences in this.. Its about rape.. @@amyvoyager nirbhaya case was just a simple case it was not horrific as only one person has been killed. Also it was not an organised crime. Even any accussed do not have any criminal record. They should and must be published in accordance with law. Also judiciary shal and must work chronologically not selectively.

Thanks to Kapil Sharma Show that made me search for this very short film. Very touching powerful and beautifully crafted film that packs so many issues & emotions in just 13 or so minutes. A must watch film. 👏👏👏

The scar from a film can be healed, but the scar from actual rape takes a LOOONG time, and sometimes it doesn't even properly; heal. (Both physical AND emotional)

But here in this short film, the men of our country need to take some responsibility to ensure the safer environment for us(still hoping for safer not safest!!)

@@rashrisahukar9361 Sadly no. Statistics have shown that if the automatic punishment of rapist is death, then he will probably kill the victim too, in addition to rape, probably also disfigure / burn the body to erase his proof of the crime.

And that's how our constitution works if we hang them imidiately in the future the families of criminals can question the judicial system in the basis of human rights. and court can do nothing after the death of convict. Which is why it's necessary to get assurance of the crime as much as possible. Instead of hanging on spot we need to finish rape culture which is long term process but also the key of a better society to live. Only awareness can bring the change.

My heart shattered when that girls signed "you're safe here" Her safety costed her life. She's safe after death :(

this type of content we expect from big actors and actress in INDIA kudos to the cast and filmmakers.

Ps: *Spoiler alert 🚨 Little details from it-- They all are dead and are assembled at one place after death, what we call afterlife. When news reporter says that whole country is filled with rage, neha turns her face and closes her eyes.. As she knows that it is all useless, people forget everything with time, candle marches, etc are just for a time period, after that even justice is not served in brutal cases. The tv goes off and pee sound produced signifying that another victim has died and needs to be occupied in this house. Kajol said that according to reports ' hr din koi nyi ladki aayegi, kitno ko bahar rkhrnge.. 'That signifies how frequently rapes occur. That medical student signifies nirbhaya, and she is preparing for an exam which she will never give as she is dead(and her dreams too) When kajol says that don't fight after dhupbatti and maushi says there is no God here, why you are worshipping then. Arzu says nobody asked them to to stay here together, ' bhed bakriyo ki trh thuns diya.. They were raped, and killed, no consent nothing. I literally had tears when they told their stories.. That how they were raped.. Even marital rape as maushi was married when she was 12 years old. When neha said she died in trauma of rape, and maushi said you at least got time to cry, then she says that.. If I didn't bleed that doesn't means I was not in pain.. That signifies how traumatic it can be. Kajol in end says that we were adjusting in between those demons, it's easier to stay in this afterlife than that.. When the small girl entered, each one of them was shocked as they were not able to believe that situation is so worse now, that even a little girl was not spared from those demons, they also felt guilty that how they were fighting to send the girl away, without knowing that she is so small. Someone is deaf, someone is wearing shorts, someone is in burqa and saree, some are educated, some are illiterate, all from different religions, Rape is irrespective of these things 🤚.. One more thing, that little girl was probably related to the old woman she hugged, maybe granddaughter. That is why the old girl took some time to adjust, but was immidiately comforted by seeing a familiar face among strangers. After that happened, everyone realised this, you can tell by their expressions. She was raped and killed by the same rapist who had taken the life of the old woman. Which means, he was never caught and will likely not get caught again.

Neha and shruti do not necessarily show any inclination towards any religion in any sense which means they might be atheists or they might belong to one of the religions. And if you are talking about that devi thing...do u realise the video is made keeping in mind the majority of the country? Majority of this country follows Hinduism and the video will be well interpreted if they use the term that the majority is well acquainted with. If you are judging the way this video is made you should also know why it has been made this way. Pulling and poking at something is very easy if you are not the producer but sometimes you should use the word empathy in your life. That will help diminishing the growing negativity around us.

My take from the short film: After watching the film twice I realized that every women in this particular room are battling for their lives in the hospital after the horrendous crime. Their souls have gathered in a particular place i.e., the home (Heaven) they're living in. Hence they all are arguing who should stay (in heaven) and who should go back to hell (earth) to again get molested or sexually abused by some another person by comparing their abusers age, severity etc. Hats off to the story telling capabilities of the writer and director of the movie. Beautifully done :)

She is portraying Nirbhaya. A young girl who was brutally raped on a bus and thrown in a ditch. India stood strong together to get justice for her. She was studying to become a doctor. The fact that they were all dead in the movie breaks my heart, they're refusing to leave that room because they believe rebirth exists and are scared of it is heartbreaking
