You really did a great envelope journal. The oval shape and the circles added interesting features. I also like the added botanical prints.

Your book is stunning 🤩!!! The envelopes and gel print are amazing. You did such beautiful work on this project, it’s the best turnout I’ve seen. Now I REALLY want to make an envelope book!!! Thank you for sharing and inspiring 😊

Hey Christy, really enjoyed the papers you used and I really liked how you used the cut out shapes on the pages, that gave me all kinds of ideas as I have a tone of die with basic shapes I could use. Thanks!

Marvelous. I especially appreciate that you did not add a lot of ephemera since I also do not collect that , so we see how you can be creative without that . The strips are such a great idea around the edges! You rock!

Ahhh that made my day. I’m not a collector of purchased ephemeral, I prefer to use my prints to aid in composition. It forces me to look at composition based on the Elements and Principles of Design. It’s just my personal preference. It doesn’t make the process easier or harder just different. Thank you for watching. I so appreciate it.

The fact that you use stencils that you made as well as others was very nice. utilizing existing gel prints is a wonderful way to go with it. My favorite page, which was also your favorite page about the second or third one in has an Asian fell to it, almost like a poppy of sorts.

Thank you for watching and your nice comment. I like to go through my old prints and repurpose them in a new way which revitalizes those mediocre prints. I now love those prints as I used them in this book. Thank you again.

Another observation: your gel prints are STELLAR ! ✨️ Wish the word would go out to all the junk journalers using purchased digital images : "Use YOUR OWN ART for ephemera !! Its not as hard as you think !" 😳😃🎨✨️
