Build also PARKS FOR THE PEOPLE and small shops around it. Less global warming, more greenery. Fresh air. Give back to the people

How about making a zip line around the tallest buildings inside the city, that's perfect tourist spot.

Not all people like malls. You and other Filipino-Chinese developers are crowding Metro Manila with your gigantic malls and condominiums. You have no regard for city congestion, traffic, pollution, water source, trash, sewage and others as long as you can profit. Go to Manhattan and walk in Central Park or go to their libraries and museums. Metro Manila is a business focused place. There is no regard for the general well being of the ordinary Filipino.

Central park has something in it or a contract to not build around it.... Manila doesn't have that so why are you comparing the 2?

Sorry but i think you are barking at the wrong tree. Traffic, pollutioon, trash etc is not the responsibility of the private sector, its the govt's. If you notice most private enterprises in the philippines are building townships more than individual projects bcoz they can design the townships after world class development meaning, water, sewer, trash, pollution, traffic can be controlled and managed by the enterprise itself.

Only those with bad taste thinks malls are good. It’s pure consumerism ( not even going to mention casinos), and to think they even build a church inside a mall is pretty sick.

Malls are nothing but stores, nothing more, nothing less. But the restos and cinemas are different story.
