    Where I live, it’s not easy to find a Wing Chun instructor. I have taught myself pretty well for about 20 years learning from the Internet, drilling on a wooden dummy, but I can’t learn Chi Sao by myself… So videos like this are great to just practice with another beginner, who has never done Chi Sao.

    very nice. lots of information here that will make a beginner more comfortable with chi Sao and the dynamics of energy and sensitivity without going too philosophical.. thank you for sharing

    Is very hard to make this techniques to someone with good structures of body and joints you must have better structure than your opponent
