RICHER TONE VS NEUTRAL TONE
Singing in your neutral position is natural of course and is easier but pushing the larynx down for sure will give you a richer tone but now you are making a bit more effort because you are singing in a mask.
This sound is not a compulsion but if that's the sound you are looking for, then go for it.
Examples of singers that do this is Anita Baker, Toni Braxton even Jermain Jackman of the voice.
It very important you don't push it down a lot. A little pinch will do the trick.

Appreciate Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you tried - Gonameron Voice Vicariousness (do a google search)? It is a good one off product for learning how to achieve a passable feminine voice in the next 30 Days without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my best friend Jordan got astronomical success with it.

When I sing in neutral level it feels so natural and with low level it doesn't feel natural and it feels like some effort ..shouldn't we sing in neutral? and will it cause harm if we sing all the time with low level

Do you think my tone will get richer as I get older cause I’m still a preteen and I just started singing??
@THEVOCALLEXICON
3 жыл бұрын
Yes definitely because the size of your larynx will change as you grow and this will cause your voice to deeper and richer.

Hello! I think the word 'pushing' for larynx, is wrong. Do you mean releasing ?
@THEVOCALLEXICON
5 жыл бұрын
No I meant pushing. The larynx goes up when you swallow and goes down when you yawn.
this is so interesting because when i yawn ill yawn a random note just to be extra and realize i can hit some stuff i never could do intentionally 😭

I guess how your voice sounds like when you are singing. Everyone has a unique singing voice; accent, etc.
When I use my chest voice, my throat hurts so bad. Anyone else have this problem?

Perhaps you are pushing it in a range you shouldn't.
@bellacianciulli7024
3 жыл бұрын
@@THEVOCALLEXICON That is a more than likely possibility! Though, I prefer that range because it sounds more mature. When I use my head voice, it tends to sound very infantile. May I ask for your advice?
