Rob words cannot express the life that you are breathing into my drumming. I have been in such a rut for so long that I did not think I would ever pick up the sticks again...then one day I saw one of your drumming video and I was like who is THIS? I watched the video and about 7 more after that! You were quiet, calm, talented and patient. You taught us the exercises and beats and did so slow enough that we could play along with you. If you knew an exercise might be particularly difficult, you told us that it would take time to learn ; to not expect instant results. I'm using my old Regal Tip 5As - I can't get new ones anymore. I went out and bought a 10" pad that I freaking love again thanks to you. I copied the picture of the "fist" that you use as a logo and put it on the front of a 3-ring notebook that I put the exercises and beats into it. I am a 68 year old female drummer and I am back into drumming thanks to you. Sorry I got so sappy, but I watch you every day and work at the lessons and I only wrote one short comment. I owed you a long one!

As always, great lesson Rob brown . I recommend your channel to all my students for supplemental work outside of our lessons. You are not only a talented drummer, but a truly gifted educator as well. You have away of making each lesson simplistic and fun for the student, both young and old. I have stolen from your lessons more than once to get points across to my students. Keep up the amazing work that you do.

You could also talk about translating snare exercises to the kit in general, but this one would be a perfect example. Thanks too for including the end part for more advanced players. If you do a Part 2 video, can you please include a part for more advanced players there too! Love the channel! (And my new joggers!)

Because of your videos I have spent more hours on a practice pad since September, than I had in the previous eons I spent 'playing' drums. I see enough improvement / change to keep going, and I actually look forward to doing it. For me it's the chill feel of your presentation, makes me want to listen and practice.

Shout out here in TO . ,,, your channel RAWKS !!!! talking to a lot of future young drummers and they made a good point. All agreed ur a great teacher,,, NO DOUBT. *They did say ,,, ROB says it’s not about speed, yet they just see the fast BPM’s more advanced. Hope for future vids, MAYBE QUICKLY for a Bar or Two show newer drummers, The exercise at say 60-70 BPM, so they can work up the speed,,,, A lot of younger drummers said that would be HUGE help. No disrespect meant,,, always trying to help a local brother out, during these times to grow your brand. Thx for listening bro. You and the Mrs stay safe during this craziness.
