So much of the practice was developing an integration of mind and the whole body and hara (dan ten) Listening and watching you doing Parting the Wild Horse's Mane I can recognize a true tai chi master. I've tried several videos trying to understand parting horse's mane and other tai chi moves. Finally I've found one that explains it perfectly. It felt so good to find the flow and to understand the body connections! I think I have found my Tai Chi teacher!
