Scleral buckle surgery is painful. The healing takes long. Vitrectomy is much easier but doesn’t always work.

Hi, is there a risk developing glaucoma after vitrectomy surgery?

Thanks for the video. I have a question about the Increase of pressure in the eye and the double vision after scleral buckling surgery. What is the solution for that kind of risks ?

I just had my surgery a week before. After I started opening my eyes a week after the surgery I had terrible double vision for some time. Then I tried to focus and after some days it got better. I'm hoping it'll go away in a month or so.

It's my 5th day after retnal band surgery, dr was good but 2nd day I couldn't eat or took medicine due to sever vomit. From 3rd n 4th day facing sever swelling even it comes to my cheek, I feel pain in my eye n hard to open it to put eye drops, is it normal?, here dr not pick up the ph kindly give me ur email so I attach my details waiting ur reply, whenever I feel pain I felt sleepy n heavy burdon on my eye, then I take pain killer n relief, really in trouble help plz
