@@framboise595 no it means my husband is not going to lay another hand on me. He’s not going to have me up against a wall spitting in my face as he yells at me for asking when he’ll be home from work because dinner is on the table. It means I’m tired of making sure the house is clean, bills are paid, groceries bought, and paying half the bills and working full time as a mail carrier while he sits on his butt playing video games and then tells me I’m not trying. Give me a break on your feminist comment. Men are needed as equal as the woman. Children need their fathers in their lives as the leader of the home. Our country has killed the spirit of men and their importance in this world. So give me a break and before you judge, ask why I’ve had enough. Get off your high horse. Get over yourself. FYI I’ve been fasting and praying and KNOW My God does and will do a miracle. But I have to get out of the way first.

Defensiveness can also be you being too PROUD to have someone tell you something about yourself that is NOT praiseworthy or flattering. That can also be self-deception &/or blaming others. A HUMBLE person would listen, consider what is said, and ASK GOD to show you if it's true. If it's true, then humble yourself before God and be willing to DIE TO THINGS IN YOU that ARE NOT IN CHRIST, to be transformed into HIS IMAGE !!! That is TRUE GROWTH and a move toward maturity! Praise God!

Both are equal and this is said in the bible. The husband is called to lead sacrificially and as a servant leader. Please don’t spread false teachings. This leads people away from God. The husband is the head but, he has to led with love and gentleness. He is meant to love his wife like Jesus loved the church. This isn’t about control.

I think it's really about looking for the good overall that makes the biggest difference. For example: "Thank you so much for taking the time to make me biscuits this morning! You didn't have to do that! What a sweetheart!" Give a few hugs and kisses and maybe mention that you'd "love it if in future the biscuits were softer." A person is MUCH more likely to HEAR you when you communicate with love and appreciation. It won't even SOUND like complaining.

When your spouse says or does something that hurts you, don't stuff the offense away and let it metastasize. Believe the best and then confront the issue with grace and mercy. This approach will knit two hearts together.

21 years difference for my marriage- let me encourage you: Overcome evil with good. Do all things without complaining. Pray continuously, patiently waiting for God to work in both your lives. Obedience to God will free you even without leaving your husband. Doctor Les Carter on KZread is great - I believe he loves God and will give you ideas that can help you endure. God is greater than our sins. God doesn’t make mistakes. Just start trusting God now - if you have anyone you can trust for prayers, be honest with them. Over the past few years, I have seen God answer prayers, after I began to read His word every day. If you wish, look me up on Facebook as Sharry Lauerman- message me first.

My husband has no respect for me whatsoever. I am so lonely. He is no longer intimate with me for 2yrs, when I ask him he gives excuses and gets verbally aggressive and refuses to discuss it. He sits on the phone speaking to other women in front of my face. He doesn't help me with the kids, I have 2 very young girls. He watches me exhausted taking care of them and just sits on his phone and criticises me for everything. I'm not allowed to have an opinion about anything, if I do he says I'm nagging. I pay all the bills, he buys nothing for the kids, just takes himself on holiday and buys himself expensive clothes. He leaves me paying for everything on a low income. He never remembers my birthday or anniversary. I haven't got a clue what it it is like to be loved, just hold a marriage title. I love Jesus and God is so awesome as He always super naturally provides for me and girls and never allows me to go without anything as He sees my pain. I'm so humiliated by my marriage as I feel like such a failure but I know I'm a good mom. I waited 10 years faithfully for my husband to join me in the uk. Then when he arrived 4 years ago, it was satan himself who came into my home inside of my husband to attempt to destroy me. I have prayed, fasted many times, seeked Godly counsel on what to do. Recently I have had dreams about my husband that is not good and there are no signs of anything improving. I'm a christian and he is not. He believes in Jesus but not saved and seems to enjoy sin. I'm so afraid to walk away as my kids love their dad despite his lack of care for them. I desire to please God and make it with him but this marriage is sending me around in ungodly cycles.

Charlie C ...I had counsel from three pastors, that my first husband gave me Biblical grounds to let him go legally. It took me years to decide what direction was right. I didn’t divorce until I knew that God was directing me to do so. I was legally separated 16 years. I would not counsel you to choose legal separation in your case. Hold onto the story of Joseph. What was meant for evil, God intended for good. If I could repeat the years I raised my daughter, I’d have spent more time in scripture with her. May I suggest the YouVersion Bible app with a children’s version choice for you to share with your children? If young enough, there is an affiliated children’s Bible interactive app that is really, really nice. I did that first with my disabled son. Lord, guide Charlie in her decisions. Protect her children from the evil around them and call them to yourself while they are still young... Amen

roshun eppenger are you married? Are you a true believer? When you say you shouldn’t take responsibility for how you make your life partner feel about what you have said to them is selfish. If you truly love someone you take responsibility for the words you say, if you don’t, you leave your partner thinking you don’t care about how your words affect them and that can be damaging to your relationship. That’s why the verse that says “the power of life and death lies in the tongue” is such a powerful one.

My husband age 68, thinks he should not have to spend time around me. Makes me feel stupid, un loved, uncredited for and everything that could be negative he does it to me. Will sit outside in the attached garage to smoke, and call and talk to all his friends and people he hasn't talked to in years. This will go on from 8 am straight to 4, 5, 6pm. He will never come in the house for anything. Even gets up to go to the store and never asks me if I want to go to. Do you know this? Marriage is between a man and a woman. Marriage is for better and for worse until death separates (Matthew 19:3-6). ‘Wherefore they are no more two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together let no man put asunder (separate)’. Cheating on your wife or husband is sin. Proverbs 28: 13 says, ‘‘He that covers his sins shall not prosper...You must repent of them, confess and forsake them (1 John 1:9). Are you into worldliness? Don’t you know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? (James 4:4; II John2:15-17). So, you must stop bleaching your body or painting your mouth, eyes, hands and legs or fixing attachments, weave-on, earrings (Genesis 35:2-4), bangles, chains and frying or perming your hair. Tattooing your body is satanic. Are you one of those that put on nude dresses, short skirts, transparent dresses to seduce men or women (a Seducer or a Promoter of lust is a Sinner - Mathew 5:28) Perhaps you wear trousers as a woman? (Read Deuteronomy 22:5), that is an abomination (Revelation 21:8, 27). Therefore, make up your mind, repent and give your life to Jesus Christ. Are you spoilt? Jeremiah 4:30 says, ‘‘And when thou art spoiled, what wilt thou do? Though thou clothest thyself with crimson, though thou deckest thee with ornaments of gold, though thou rentest thy face with painting, in vain shalt thou make thyself fair; thy lovers will despise thee. They will seek thy life’’. (2 Kings 9:30; Hosea 2:13; Exodus 33:1-6) A Christian is not a Sinner and a Sinner is not a Christian (I John 3:9). If you must be a blessed child of God, then you must repent of your sins and give your life to Jesus Christ. If you believe Jesus Christ today, righteousness of God will come into your life and abundant life will be your portion (1 John 11-12). If you neglect this call to repentance and salvation and die, you will not escape fire of Hell (Hebrews 2:3). It is foolishness and sin to say or think that there is no God (Psalm 14:1; 9:17). Luke 13:3, Jesus said, ‘I tell you, Nay: but except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish’. Cut off every besetting sin (Hebrew 12:1-2; Mark 9:43-48). If you have decided now (2 Corinthians 6:2) to give your life to Jesus Christ and to forsake your sinful lifestyle, please say this prayer: Almighty God, I come unto you in the name of Jesus. Father I confess that I am a sinner. All my sins I confess to you. I am very sorry for all my sins (mention those you can remember). Lord I promise you that from today I will never continue in them anymore. I believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again on the third day for my justification. Almighty God, use the blood of Jesus to wash my sins away. Lord Jesus, come into my heart, be my Lord and personal Saviour. I surrender my life to you. Cancel my name from the books of death and write it in the book of life. Give me power to sin no more. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!! 'THE LORD'S CHOSEN CHARISMATIC REVIVAL MOVEMENT'. www.tlccrm.org OR www.tlccrm.org/chosentv kzread.info 1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Hell is a place of torment forever...continuous burning by fire. The fire is never quenched, with crying and weeping forever (Mark 9:43-48; Psalm 9:17; Mathew 25:41). It was originally prepared for satan and his demons, but anybody that obeys the devil in committing sin and refuse to repent and accept Jesus Christ, if the person dies in sins, he or she will be thrown into Hell. You still have the opportunity to repent now, amend your ways, live and spend eternity in heaven. Go to www.tlccrm.org You may be asking; how do I stop all these sins? Simply take the first step of repentance and have inner hatred for those sins, then ask Jesus to forgive you and come into your life to be your Lord and personal Saviour. In John 1:12, there is power that will be given to you, and in Mathew 11:28, if you receive Jesus into your life, He will deliver you and give you victory over those sins; then you will need to cut off from the source of those sins in your life (may be sinful friends; stop the evil relationship. This gospel is not to condemn you, but for you to be convicted so that you will repent and give your life to Jesus Christ who loves you and really wants you to make it to heaven at the end of your life here on earth

"A wife of noble character is her husband's crown, but a disgraceful wife is like decay in his bones." Proverbs 12:4 Other versions say rotenness or even cancer In other words , the Bible cleraly states that it is wives who have the most destructive behaviour towards their husbands. Not the opposite. Because such verses like " a husband of noble character if his wife's this or that " are never to be found in the Bible. Evans and so many others today just try to make everything equal because they are feminist liars . They voluntary silence the essential truth that it is the woman who was mde for the man's sake (hence those verses fitting God's purpose perfectly) . Not the opposite.

And? Women need support, care and consideration too. We're both human beings beloved of God. So you see men as the main authority, what does that have to do with treating eachother with respect and care? We both have needs and they vary, main thing is God's will for us and having eachother's backs which falls under that. There are things both are to do for eachother. It may be that the woman was made for man, that doesn't mean we don't get anything out of a relationship. Having someone to give to is good for humans just as being one given to and in authority. God has commands for women, submission, etc.. He also commands men to love their wives. There's a lot that provides. I desire to be heard by the one person that has power over decisions having to do with me whether or not it's my choice in the end. I desire my own TLC in bed. Help with some chores & finances we both partake in. And he has needs I help fulfill. Nobody else does for us what we do for eachother. We're a team.

@@FangnclawXD Evans the feminist liar has taken the hierarchy out of marriage and God's right order . God made the woman for the man . Not the man for the woman. So , a woman cannot demand anything from her husband . She can just ask him . But Evans deceives us into thinking we are "equal" to our men. The Bible is crystal clear that a husband has three things to provide , which is food , clothing and sex (marital right). Exodus 21:10 and if he does not want to provide those things , the woman can go free. All the rest has been added in order to turn wives into self entitled whimsical children who would suddenly have tons of "needs". Moreover , a wife is not called to "meet the needs" of her husband if she wants to but to SUBMIT to him in everything. I can't believe how much of a liar this man is.
