Nobody is a republican in nyc because they all left due to failed leftist leadership. One of the biggest exoduses in the country if you're not including california, which has an even more concentrated leftist leadership. You're in for a surprise in a couple weeks, along with your clown friend pakman.

Or maybe people are leaving cali and NYC because the cost of living has been steadily increasing as a result of the high demand for property in the area (Cities are where the jobs and people are)? Couple this with COVID19, Trump's failure (over 210k dead, countries with less warning than us, like South Korea have fewer than 1000 people dead), where living in a city isn't as in demand due to the rise of at working at home. Even though the 2nd point contradicts the first, it checks out because the cost of living hasn't updated to the drop in demand yet. Also while it is possible for Trump to win, 538 only has it at a 13% chance. This is a 538 algorithm which is updated to account for what happened in 2016. Just looking at the numbers though, Trump's chances are extremely grim and his only way of winning is if the voter suppression the republicans are going for works or by disputing the election to the courts. Right now, according to the polls, even if Trump wins every single undecided and 3rd party voter, he still loses the election (268 electoral votes to 270). Trump is polling behind in every single battleground state except for Georgia, where he holds a 1 point lead (statistical tie). In 2016, Hillary never polled above 50% nationally, and never held a 10 point lead over Trump. Biden currently leads by 10 points over Trump and is polling 52% nationally. Even if Trump wins, that doesn't mean the polls were "wrong". 13% chances do happen all the time though so it doesn't mean the polls were wrong if Trump somehow wins. The whole point of the polls is to get a statistical average. I'm sure you wouldn't feel safe to press a button labeled "13% chance to die".

But, even when I am not playing my best, my scores have considerably increased on the bad and good days just by remembering little things you say on your videos. Also, before watching your channel, I never spent much time learning openings at all. Hey Levy, while doing this rating climb please have a game with the Sämisch Variation/English attack/Yugoslav attack like structure against black KID with opposite side castling/attack. Also, show us when do we need to respond to the opponent's pawn storm and when to ignore and start our own attack. Sometimes I just start a premature attack and get destroyed in the Sämisch which I considered somewhat similar to the Yugoslav and yet I find a bit tough to play against black due to the semi-open c file in front of my king after long-castle.

"we want to finish as fast as possible, like an inconsiderate male in the sheets" has got to be one of my favourite quips I've heard from Levy. This man has zero chill 😋

57:06 I’m sure there is a reason for blocking with the Queen instead of the Rook, but I don’t understand?? It seems like Rf2 blocks check, is defended and defends Qb2 by opponent.. I tried looking why it’s a bad move but I don’t see it..? Can someone explain please??

Would you consider Black Lion to be a good opening for black in general? I've played for a year now and that's like the only opening I know. It's like close to -1 from the start but many players don't know how to play against it. Still I should learn something new tbh.

Why is it not technically called a Catalan opening around 1:22? It's exactly what it is a Catalan. It's just you transposed into it.. White adopts a combination of the Queen's Gambit and Réti Opening: then plays D4 and C4 and fianchettoes/catty-corner's the white bishop on g2. Moves - 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.g3, Transpose - 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.g3 d5 4.Bg2, According to wiki geeky.. Black has two main approaches to choose between: The Open Catalan - he/she plays ...dxc4 and can either try to hold on to the pawn with ...b5 or give it back for extra time to free his/her's game. or can opt in and play The Closed Catalan, Black does not capture on c4; his/her game can be somewhat cramped for a while, but is quite solid. The Catalan is generally seen as a safe way for White to get a small advantage. except when played by IM Levy then it just kill's anything that moves. lol
