The thing where Hasan went off on that trans person who basically said "you're not as good of a debater or as knowledgeable as Vaush on trans issues" was really fucked. When I saw that shit for the first time, I was actually surprised. It was such a straightforward confirmation that he is not a good person. You can’t help but feel sorry for destiny. Imagine helping build competing channels only for them to rig pull and completely disavow you. Destiny, Hasan, and vaush are all so politically similar. Hasan here, despite the videos of saying he figured it all out on his own when he streamed clips saying destiny helped him out is just heart breaking. I know destiny laughs through it, but if I was in the same position I’d absolutely lose it. Vaush similarly calls him right wing now/that he hates transgender people because of his trans athlete positions, which I think every honest actor would admit it’s a legitimately complicated situation.
