Sugar 100 gr
3 tablespoons cornstarch.
water 50ml
2 tablespoons instant coffee.
2 tablespoons hot water.
2 tablespoons of sugar.

А причём здесь яйца?... Обыкновенный молочно- кофейный кисель. В моем детстве , 50 лет назад, не было желатина, и бабушка на молоке и крахмале варила нам такой же густой кисель..

It appears that one of the instant coffee measurements was left out. Here are my revised directions. And I am using almond milk to make mine! I am not sure if an ingredient is missing for the topping as it looks very creamy in the video. Was something else added or does it turn out that way with just hot water, sugar and instant coffee? I will find out when I make it I guess. Prepare the pudding: Milk 500 ml. Sugar 100 gr 3 tablespoons cornstarch water 50ml 2 tablespoons instant coffee. Heat milk in saucepan. Mix cornstarch with instant coffee and sugar and gradually add the water, whisking each time until it is smooth. Add to the milk that is heating and stir. When it starts to bubble, lower heat to a simmer, keep stirring until thickened and smooth. Place a biscuit in bottom of each of four serving dishes and pour prepared coffee pudding over each. Chill for 1 hour Meanwhile, Prepare the topping: 2 tablespoons instant coffee 2 tablespoons hot water. 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix. Spread on top of each chilled bowl of pudding. Chill again.

В текстовом описании сказано, что кофе - 2 столовых ложки. В видео этих ложек 4. Две сначала, в кисель, и потом еще две в крем. Не многовато 4 столовых ложки кофе на такой объём?
