Oh my gosh- this is one of my favorite recipes to make now! Everyone loves them, and of course, thinks they're super fancy! I've learned (from trial and error) to: (1) err on the side of thinner slices rather than thicker, (2) add a bit more sugar + cinnamon in the water and cook a little longer in microwave (7 min), (3) baste the apple pastry layer (right before you roll it up) with a little butter and sugar- cinnamon. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!! 😊😁😊
