Can we activate or deactivate the noise gate per preset? I don't want any noise gate on my lower gain setting but on higher gain ones it can be really useful.

Question: the cab sims only work when using DI out, correct? If I plug my pedal with 1/4" in and outs, I am only getting the standard signal from the pedal itself, not the cab sims?

Hi How come my darkglass suite dosn`t show the presets i got the alpha omega ultra

Are these impulses just cab sims ? I would have thought an IR would be the whole set up, an amp plus cab. If not then is the phrase impulse and cab sim just being used interchangeably here ? When they can mean diff things

How do you change the 6 band eq on the app? The other one is the generic? Also is preset D,E,F 3 additional presets we can load up? This was really helpful, so if you use presets D,E,F can you still access the tuner, and the other options that require pressing both switches?

It seems we can only load the D E F by cellphone or PC.

I wish I could blend the IR in rather than have it at 100% in the signal path

Darkglass Suite connects to my X Ultra. However, the cabs and mics do not appear in the chain at the top of the screen. There is also no sound change when the cab sim button on the pedal is used. Please help

Is it possible to change the led lights on the Alpha Omega 900 to blue?

Yes! The blue LEDs correspond to the Omega drive channel of the amplifier. In order to toggle it, the Super Intelligent footswitch is required or a MIDI footswitch controller to engage/assign a preset-program with the Omega engine.

Can I do this with the Alpha Omega 900 head w/ the smart intelligent foot switch?

If it has a USB port then yes. i have the 500 and i can use the editor.

Yes! All of our current products having the cabinet simulation feature available, will work the same way with the cabinet and microphone selection of the Suite.

I just change my AOU for the Photon, and the Photon are a real gaz factory 😅 Wow not easy for understand ....

Well, the problem is.. why my B7K Ultra v2 is not saving the cabinet I set? When i change it in Suite it sounds the same... tried v4.5 and 4.6. After Suite restart, it's showing the old cabinet

Try selecting a microphone after loading the cabinet, if you're not getting the green successfully loaded banner at the top nothing changed yet. After loading a cabinet I don't get any change either until I select a mic.

Is it possible to import other users presets from the cloud?

Currently the preset code is required to be shared and pasted on the import menu. Stay tuned for the next updates of the Suite :)

no matter the computer I connect to usb, the the amp is not recognized as a device. as if nothing is connected. Switched usb cords and still nothing? any suggestions? Is it a lemon?

On my computer the "fetch IR" go on the microphone logo so I can't select differents positions, I need to use phone for that. And when I click on microphone logo i need to go higher where the mic logo isn't to click on it

i dont think so, the x ultra isnt programmable....
