@@schnaps1790 that's not true. you can actually use silicon rubber molds for plastic injection molding. you just put them inside of aluminum frames.

@@schnaps1790 you dont need a lathe to make a mold... as a mold tool machinist there isn't a single lathe in the shop.

its a 2 motor belt driven system. the only thing complicated is the software to run it. which isn't too hard if you know how to program with servo/stepper motors.

how much torque those servo motors putting out? i figured the torque requirement would be pretty high

what do you need one for? there is an extruder pushing hot plastic into a mold.. then once enough plastic is in the mold opens... you can open and close the mold by hand, you can use a spindle like here... if you cant figure out how this is working you need to ask yourself if this is for you..

Если Вы о линейных подшипниках, то они больше в диаметре, а тут каждый миллиметр на счету)

патрубки/муфты это просто деньги, каждые несколько секунд по рублю. Причем не важно что это, это может быть и один рубль и 10 рублей. Форма изделия может быть другой. Все зависит от заказа на изделие, который ты найдешь и исполнишь САМ! По этому такой ажиотаж. В глазах многих этот станочек избавление от рабства.

@@Olaf72KOG Для меня это прежде всего поиск рынка сбыта... А так, они их нашлепают, и толку, есть чтоль будут.😅 В любом случае крупный производитель их сделает дешевле. Значит надо делать какой-то эксклюзив...🤔

Кнопка "СТОП" должна быть продублирована механической с приоритетом механики. Дело в том, что при глюке программной части Вы не сможете оперативно остановить аппарат без отрубания рубильника или выдергивания штепселя из розетки. Т.к. при зависании сенсорное табло не будет исполнять команды.

В этом автомате это не так критично... можно и рубильник тупо дёрнуть.Не надо усложнять короче говоря.
