Anthony's absolute best. He should've gotten an Emmy for this one.

Anthony is hilarious. I love when the guy gives Anthony his keys to park his car, and Anthony says, "Oh look, house keys," and the guy says, "thanks." ... then Anthony says, "
It's funny to think how many of these older sitcoms were groundbreaking television. They tackled issues and made us laugh 😆
The look on Suzanne face was priceless
The way that Julia looks back at Anthony at 03:14, like a proud mom, is so wholesome and naughty at the same time!
The Chemistry Between all of them was Blessed & Love. I wish them could Re Run all their Episodes back on TV/Cable. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

4:21 they got that from All in the Family where Samny Davis Jr. kissed Archie on the cheek. Lol

My thoughts exactly
Meshech Taylor 1947-2014 😪.
This show takes me back to my childhood, I watched it with my mom and laughed our heads off by Anthony and I agree he should have gotten a emmy.
I loved this show and I miss it so dang bad. Boy could we use it today
Loved Julia and Anthony on DW. “She was the last of the big shouldered broads” - Mary Jo. She was a strong classy lady
Best. Ensemble tv program ever.⭐️👍⭐️👍
We need a show like this today - standing up against racism, worker abuse, homophobia/transphobia, AIDS fear, sexism and bigotry. This show was and is forever so iconic!

Always thought Julia and Anthony would've made a better couple than he and Suzanne. Meshach and Dixie had some chemistry between them.

@@imaunimccoy631 Oh man, glad someone else feels the same. The show's pushing Anthony/Suzanne was so weird to me, they had a more sibling-like chemistry in my eyes.
The title is incorrect. Anthony brought Julia in. She was his guest.
I love the way Julie dressed and the way they all dressed
in the old days people knew how to stand up for a cause in a classy way without making even those sharing the views cringe. i wish modern sjws took an example from Anthony.
The title of this video is wrong! Julia was never a member of Beaumont. In fact she turned them down in the episode "The Incredibly Elite Bona Fide Blue-Blood Beaumont Driving Club" when they asked her to be a member. So Julia never got him in. It was Suzanne that has been trying to get membership to the club for years. The club wanted Anthony and asked him directly to be a member so they could show, on the surface, that they did have a black member for the PGA people

I thought the same thing about the title of this video, but it's okay because it is still a treat to be able to view clips of this funny and insightful show. Meshach/Anthony was so funny. "Oh, house keys!" RIP Meshach and Dixie.
I keep watching over and over
I absolutely adored that show.
It was all he Taylor could do to resist breaking into his Hollywood Montrose character. He came very close
0:47!😂!
Loved this show, especially with the original cast members. They don't make them like this anymore.

Ummmmm your title is incorrect because Julia didn't get Anthony in, he got in after carrying those ladies' packages to their car when Anthony, Suzanne and Maryjo were at the golf store. I mean it's what this scene is about.
The atlanta journal and constitution or its called the atlanta urinal and constipation!
clickbait Julia was not a a member of the clun
Anthony should have not even wanted to be in that country club. Join 1 with his own people or create his own.

@@staceymickles3818 Plus, it was an honorary, and what they hoped, a "ghost" membership, so Anthony did not have to pay membership dues anyway. Meshach/Anthony was so witty and funny, and full of light-hearted sarcasm. I loved how his character developed throughout the show. I've seen all the episodes so many times, and I still literally laugh out loud at so many scenes. I have my favorites but, overall, such a good, funny and insightful show. .... PEACE.
