Thank you so much Rebecca. You're very generous with the information you put out for free so I'm sure those who're interested and financially able would not mind the pay wall! I did want to ask you about the Kromekote paper- I have an ET-2800 and no matter what I do I end up having "pizza wheel" marks with my inkjet. I read that it's because the ink isn't drying fast enough so the rollers end up transferring the ink and I suspect the thickness of the paper might also ply a role. I've already turned on quiet mode and the "thick paper/envelope" setting but to no avail. It normally has that issue with glossy sticker paper but the lines are not as nearly noticeable. I believe you also have an Epson Ecotank so I wanted to ask if there's anything else you recommend? I think it may just be my specific model but wanted to double check before trying out another paper because I absolutely loved it! I believe RedRiver paper might be what I try next since they also have the cover glossy paper and many recommend it for greeting cards. Thank you again!

Hi! I had a think about this question... I did have those "pizza wheel" marks with the magenta ink when using a faster print setting. The setting I use (ultra premium photo paper, best quality) is super slow and the ink is totally dry by the time it comes out. I don't have any ink transfer onto the white spaces. I also tell the printer to clean the print heads pretty frequently, not sure if that helps too. So if you haven't already, those settings might help. I've also heard of some people doing diy adjustments with screwdrivers to incrementally loosen the rollers because thick paper is a known issue with Epsons, but I haven't done that and don't know how lol. Hope that helps, and if that other paper works well pls let me know! 🙂

Do you make any color adjustments before printing? I prototyped a notepad based off of your previous tutorial, and couldn’t get the color to come out as vibrant as yours seem to be!

Hmm well it depends on the file! If I'm printing something that goes through canva and gets converted to CMYK, I usually increase the saturation 25% or more just to compensate. But it really depends on the file. I hope that helps - it's really the only trick I use to boost the colours!

@@luckysprout that does help! When I print on photo paper I don’t need to change a thing, but regular printer paper seems to come out a lot duller. I will try boosting the saturation and see if that helps. Thank you!

Nice, you don't score your cards, just fold them.

Yep it seems to work for me! But other paper types might perform better if you score them
