If you can take an item outside to spray, Rustoleum has a shiny clear spray.

I love the chain, it turned out so nice! I also love the pear decoupage tray. I've never seen the marbled plaster before and I really like the black and white tray. That's a great look.

The idea of someone carving a chain from wood is intriguing; think it would look good in gold? That's a far richer thought, is it not? Only a wooden one would be believable at my house! Lol! Everything came out great.i really like the chain but not sure where I'd put it. The pear tray is pretty also but until I move or my daughter does (she loves pears) I don't know where it would go either. Now the trinket trays are perfect and my daughter suggested I make them for her with her bathroom colors so she's buying the needed items and I'll be making them for her. 👍 Thank you for the ideas. Your fantastic!

Have you ever tried just using a polyurethane as your medium and sealer? Works great for me. I’ve had good results using it.
