Love the video! and I want to say, I love when artists do self-insert or OC insert type of content. You can tell when someone is really passionate about something and it's always incredible to see.

Tbh I’m super invested in your fnaf insert story line idea like I’m not even interested in fanf but I would love a video or even series ( hoping for series ) we’re you just drew an ilistration based on the storyline and then just spent the video talking about like the storyline and the whole lure

There are! You can’t blatantly sell FNAF artwork labeled as FNAF and that it’s using the exact designs from the games. I made my own designs, and interpretation which has changed it a lot, and I also list them on my shop as generic names (I.e. “pizza party” stickers, ver. Bear, fox, chick, bunny)

Fan work is allowed in a lot of cases, especially from bigger IP, but if the characters are coming from a smaller creator (like Welcome Home) it may be prohibited.

I have a question! Would you get sued or copyrighted for making say a aliens themed stickers from a series like the Aliens Universe? I've been wanting to make a unicorn xenomorph to sell & several others to sell though I don't know if I'll get sued or even copyrighted for it.

I know you probably get this question a lot but what brushes do you use for procreate/clip studio? (Sorry if this is a bit annoying lol)

I use some of my custom brushes (on my Kofi for free) along with the default pencil and watercolor brushes on csp and the default pencil and gouache brush in procreate 💖

I'm a bit jealous of people who can sell fan art of existing characters. I'm from Germany and I would be punished and have to pay a lot of money if I would start doing this in my business because of copyright... What are the rules in your country, everyone? ☀️ I would love to draw Pokémon, Animal Crossing characters etc. in my style and sell them.

I am pretty sure we have similar laws in the United States! Fanwork can be allowed in certain instances like my own since I reinterpreted the characters in my own style and made new designs, as well as naming them differently than what they actually are (if you look on my shop, the characters have generic names). Furthermore, It's always good to check with the original creators, especially smaller ones who disclaim that they do not want people to sell fanart (a good example is Welcome Home). But with larger commercial IP, it's always good to check and change the characters a bit before offering the products up for sale.
