In this vide I show you how a design chair is made of concrete. First I built the form of plywood. I took care that it is stable so as not to break when the concrete vibrates later. I was allowed to pour the concrete chair with me in embrach at the company ernst albrecht zementwaren ag (roehren-albrecht@bluewin.ch). best thanks bruno and ernst!

Wonderful video again! I love how you showcase local shops. The tools, equipment and technique of the concrete shop is a video unto its own. Excellent build, I loved the little washer trick will need to remember. Thanks for another amazing video!

That was some first class mould making. Very impressive.
Nice form. Cool trick with the washer. Of you vibrate the concrete in the form it will get rid of all the air bubbles.
The production is way far expensive than the product cost. I love it. And that truck is so lovely

Einfach super geworden. Da hat sich der Aufwand gelohnt. Eigentlich müsstest du weitere bauen, damit sich der Aufwand für die Schalung mehr auszahlt.

It is a great job what you're doing, showing the craftsmen and tradesmen of your country, and showcasing their skills and their work. Even in Switzerland, a country given almost 100% to a service-oriented economy, there are still those few that resist.

Moin Moin ein super Video top Daumen Hoch es war schon letztes mal interesannt wie du den Sitzhocker aus einem Stück geformt hast, nun dieses Projekt ist echt der Hammer. Auch die Robuste form ist echt super geworden Respeckt Lg Thomas ( t.l.314 )

Great. But, wouldn't it be easier using metallic mold?
Try to demold it with an air chuck. It will pop right out since you guys made such a nice and tight mold.

Great product, but I think you could make it more easier and cheaper for regular people to learn. There are a lot of tools involved in this process. I would use drywalls for molds to create those curves, interior and exterior. Easier to create the mold and demould.
great work I have a question please, in the video the wire mech were visible when you poured the concrete, How did you hide them later ?

die schalung hat wasser gezogen und beim trocknen hat der beton das wasser wieder aus dem holz gezogen darum die blasen. form ist jetzt mit schalungslack versiegelt👍

What are the concrete ingredients and their ratios?
sehr sehr Geilomat, ich erinnere mich an den Herrn vom Betonwerk. Cooler Stuhl sowieso! Kann man Beton eigentlich färben? Sähe in rot oder was auch immer total genial aus :)

Beton färben ist möglich es gibt Zement der mit Pigment versehen ist. In der Schweiz ist es Creabeton die bunte Verbundsteine und Gartenplatten herstellt. Nur dürfte eine einzelne Charge wohl zu wenig sein. Sonst hilft nur noch das Selbermischen von Beton... Die Schalung ist wirklich super geworden! Aber wozu der Typ die Bewehrungsmatte so breit gemacht hat, dass sie oben übersteht, hab ich echt nicht kapiert. So konnte er doch erstens die Oberseite nicht sauber abziehen, weil die Bewehrungsstäbe im Weg waren und die ungeschützten Schnittflächen dieser nachträglich abgeschnittenen Stäbe werden zweitens im Freien schnell anfangen zu rosten. Ich hätte die Matte einfach ca. 10cm schmäler gemacht und beide Probleme wären gar nicht erst entstanden.

gukalaro hast du gut aufgepasst👍 ich will, dass mann die eisen wahrnimmt und im berlauf der zeit rostnasen zu sehen sind. es kommt später noch ein video da siehst du genau warum.

JENNI.SWISS Wenn das zur künstlerischen Gestaltung gehört, dann passt es natürlich wieder. Ich hab halt vor über 40 Jahren eine Lehre als Beton- und Stahlbetonbauer gemacht. Da fallen einem eben solche Sachen auf. Bin schon auf die Fortsetzung gespannt.
