I can't name a player that ran better deep routes than him, his speed and ability to track the ball was insane

I broke a pair of Ray Bans jumping out of my seat when Vick hit DeSean on that 1st play bomb vs the Redskins and I broke an iPhone 3 jumping out of my seat when DeSean returned that punt in the Miracle part 2. It's been expensive being an Eagles fan over the years. 😂

The way he was able to track the ball, turn on & turn off his speed...matched by no one!!! To this day, still pissed he didn't play his whole career here! Thanks Shit Kelly, for killing that team!!!

Desean Jackson caught TD passes from McNabb, Kolb, Vick, Foles, Wentz, and Hurts. That is INSANE!!

He caught plenty from Foles in that season where Chip Kelly was coach and Foles threw 27 touchdowns and two interceptions for the season.

Desean was also the player that helped the team so much. It forced the defense to spread their offense to account for him and indirectly helped the rest of the offense

I would love for him to have gotten a ring as an Eagle. Desean was so electric and exciting. Def an Eagles legend. It's hard to see former players like him in other teams' uniforms. Hell Ertz may not be an eagles legend, but he was damn near our offense some years and I still despise seeing him play anywhere else. I was a huge Ertz fan.

First player in nfl history to start at 2 positions in the pro bowl and most tds of 70-60+ tds all time and his average td is 45 yards . That's crazy. I wish the eagles would have retired his number. But it's all good

He was such a breath of fresh air when we *badly* needed top-tier receivers following the T.O fiasco. The most electrifying player I've ever seen in an Eagles uniform. (Well, both he and Randall.) And oh, by the way, also extremely fundamentally-sound: Amazing hands, and I've never seen a receiver track a deep ball the way he did to reel in passes over either shoulder. We didn't get it done during his time here, but I will never forget the memories!!! Salute to you, DeSean!

Easily one of the most dynamic players who have ever wore an Eagles uniform. A big play waiting to happen with the ball in his hands and will go down as one of the best punt returners ever. I was lucky enough to meet him and he was real cool to me and my cousin. I know Giants fans are glad this guy is gone

I thought we did back in 2020 I thought Jalen Reagor was gone be the next DeSean Jackson but he turned to a bust

Philadelphia icon. He immediately captured the attention of the entire fanbase, from his first game to his last game. The fact that he took it personally when he was moved to Washington showed how much the city meant to him. He's someone I will tell my future children about.

There was a post from an Eagles fan account congratulating DeSean Jackson on his retirement. A number of the comments from Eagles "fans" said "who?" This guy was freaking electric to watch. Sad some do not know him. Vick, McCoy, Maclin, Jackson...incredible times

Jackson, and Macklin were the best WR combo Philadelphia ever had. As a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan, I have to say, Andy Reid's era was the best. Jackson made one bad play in his entire career here, when he threw the ball behind his back just before he or the ball crossed the plane. I was cracking up, because I knew "every TD gets reviewed". They were bringing that back. The "Miracle At The Meadow Lands 2", I was at a house PACKED! With Eagle's fans. Everyone in that house thought we were going to lose that game. I said "chill we have the ability to score fast, we winning this game." That's one game I wish on-line betting was around, I wonder what the odds would have been for Eagles coming back and winning that game would've been? I would've bet WHATEVER I had, because that day, everyone in that house said "how'd you know"? My response? BIRDGANG BITCH!!!!
