My husband was drafted into the Vietnam war. He tired various schemes to get out but nothing worked. His dad, who was an Irish citizen wanted him to go there but hubby didn’t want to. He was one of the lucky ones who came home. A bit damaged for a few years but recovered.

Yes,Gruesome Newsom is horrible. Did you watch the “debate” between him and DeSantis? It was going so badly that Newsom’s wife called for a break and then the debate was stopped. It never picked up again. It was the poop map that DeSantis showed that was the coupe de gras for the debate. One of the shortest debates in history.
