(all students who graduate High School should receive an Associates Degree in Teaching Elementary School, Teaching Middle School and or Teaching High School or receive an Apprenticeship Studies Degree in Basic Business Office Duties or in Basic Customer Service or in Heath Clinic Assistant. The fact that they have 12 years of education and no degree is a deplorable scam. #5 The book time in class should last no more than 3 hours a day. #6 Homework is Outlawed (no employer can force you do to work after hours) The same should be granted to students. There should be School Laws and they should reflect job laws of the state. #7 All class rooms, hall ways, lunch rooms, libraries and athletic areas should have cameras with public viewing online. #8 All Faculty, Teachers, Visitors and Students should wear body cams while on campus on field trips or engaging in School related activities. #9 All police on campuses must be accompanied by a Constitutional Marshal to ensure officers are not violating citizen's rights. Constitutional Marshals can bring school board members, faculty and teachers up on charges of endangering students, contributing to the delinquency of minor/minors and child abuse (especially concerning Anti-American and or Racial brain washing). Anyone convicted is not allowed to hold a job in that field again for life or run for political or judicial positions in society anywhere in the USA or it's provinces. #10 Police, School Board Members, Teachers and Faculty must submit to corrections coming from Constitutional Marshals or they are put on suspension for review and review must happen within 24 hours. Constitutional Review Boards should be randomly chosen among volunteer citizens who pass a volunteer course of study on the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Letters of the Founder's and State Supreme Court and U.S. Supreme Court rulings on Constitutional and Amendment related cases. #11 Parents & Guardians of children should be encouraged to eat breakfast or lunch with their kids at the school. #12 Each Public School should have an on campus Basic Health Clinic for students, faculty, teachers, police or school board members as well as any immediate family to the student or students can visit up to 2 hours before or 2 hours after a school day. Students of a mature level for their school should be encouraged to volunteer as a clinic apprentice and earn a First Aid and Advanced First Aide certifications as well as extra credits on their AS Degrees at graduation of High School. #13 Public Schools should offer as an elective, 2nd Amendment Classes and 1st Amendment classes and teach firearms safety, Conceal Cary Laws, Open Cary Laws as well as introduction to servicing and maintenance of archery equipment and air guns. (Linked to the Citizens Marksmanship Program that was mandated by law) #14 Every Public School Campus should have a Law and Order liaison office that works to get Military and or Law Enforcement, Constitutional Marshal speakers and extra curricular activities scheduled with student volunteers who earn extra credits on their future AS Degrees they will receive at the graduation of High School. Addendum with relevant information: My 5 year old son showed an interest in guns(kept asking about them and asking if we owned any), so I purchased two small FIE .22 semi-auto pistols and gave him a 1 year long course in gun safety as well as marksmanship training. We moved from the country to the city. When he was 7 years old and I was out of town for a week working on the road he found a loaded revolver under the swing-set in their double fenced play area in our fenced yard. He identified it as a real hand gun and avoided his sister who was in the play area with him and took it onto the front porch to his grandmother. When I got home we called the police and handed it over. They asked him how did he know it was real. My son replied, "When I picked it up, I had a hunch it may be real and when I felt it I knew it felt like one my day has, but it did not feel like mine. My father teaches us gun safety and marksmanship training. I knew how to carry it and also to avoid letting my sister see it when taking it to granny." The police commended me for teaching them and said I possibly saved my family and a lot of people major grief. Then they turned and told my son, "Do Not Tell Anyone At Your School You Have A Gun Or Learn About Guns. They Will Remove You From Your Home And Charge Your Father With Child Abuse. Please Keep This A Secret With Us Today." True Knowledge Saves, Lies and Misinformation Destroy. Fix The Public Schools So They Work To Prepare Students For Life. I also believe Constitutional Marshals should eventually be expanded to have authority over all judges, politicians, law enforcement, prosecutors, bureaucrats of all federal agencies as well as corrections / prison systems and parole boards. They should never have any authority over regular citizens. It should be treason for anyone to push for their powers to be expanded over regular citizens or to weaken their duties or authority over the watchers of society. Their duties should be that of overseeing the watchers. The watchers over society have proven to be uncontrollable, so the watchers need watchers. Regular citizens already have law enforcement, prosecutors, judges and politicians, it is those over regular citizens that need something to keep fear of the Constitution Violation inside them. They should not have authority over the military, the military already has their own checks and balances. However the Military Police would fall under their Duties of overseeing.

If it was not for my teacher I would never have graduated high school. Without end of year testing we have no clue whether a student should be moving to the next grade. That's descending a teen back to a child. That's not how life works lmao. Especially high school should be preparing students for real world. Many don't. Another teacher fought for a curriculum on banking and living. It was amazing and set up up for sure. Watching other kids struggle or just go to college. Many died from drug od's or suicide bc they were not set up..for LIFE. And if we wanna hold their hand for 12 years and pussyfoot around education...who is going to hold their hand when they step out in the real world and have to go to college or that interview. No child left behind was an absolute disgrace to the generations. This sounds the same. U even get tested in survival school. Should military stop giving the ASVAB test. @@theCosmicQueen Youth doesn't scare Democrats, it shouldn't scare anyone else. He's vastly more competent than anyone at any age in the Democratic Party, right now.

Just when you think he’s done everything…. He goes and triple stamps a double stamp. Mr. Desantis, you are a MF hero!!! I would have given anything to have participated in this new system. I am an awful test taker but I am no dumb ass. So stupid to have 1 standard for measuring progress. I’ve dreamed about what you are proposing to put into legislation. Although my time has passed, I’m so thankful my son and daughter will be part of this. God bless you Ron, I don’t think you understand how proud I am to have you as our governor.

I wish this was the attitude when I was in school. 😔 I have ADHD, so doing "end of year tests" was a nightmare of constant failure due to poor recall/memory despite having a brilliant mind. I ended up not studying as it made NO DIFFERENCE to my "grades". In class I got A*'s, but scored E's on tests. And tests were 80% of the scoring for your final grade. I felt like beating my head against a brick wall trying to explain my troubles to teachers. They didn't care. Didn't listen. I didn't even know I had ADHD until I was 36!!! The teachers never identified my poor grades (despite having a stellar performance in class) as being an issue - so I was never diagnosed in time to make a difference. I lost my University placement because of it. 😢 I never got the help I needed. Hopefully this will not be an issue for future generations with these changes. 🤞👍

no child left behind is stupid...motivating students ...educating students...and ..if a student fails being held back is not a punishment it is a secind chance to prepare children for what lies ahead.... stupid people are easily controlled so let's do more educating and less indoctrination...we are supposed to better prepare our children so that they csn succeed where previous generations have failed.so progress monitoring I say nicely done.all i say is don't lower standards..
