Brilliant interview r.ip des
RIP Des, he was a funny man.
someone who perfomed at glasgow empire said 'if a glasgow audience like you they let you live'
So sad day rip des
Yes but as Des said himself he's died a thousand times on stage over the years. His best song was " one two three oleary " always liked this gentleman
Des has a really good singing voice. Morcambe and Wise sent him up, and it sort of stuck. 'Ing's Road" was a great song from Des.
Des is so funny even in an interview talking about his life who says hes not funny?

RIP Des. Catch the lovely ITV tribute show on ITV player before it goes.
Has anyone got the interview with Morcambe and Wise on Parkinson
anybody got the interview Des did with Cher when she sang Believe ?
King's Road was written by 'Carry On' star Jim Dale. Also known as "Dick-a-dum" but a great song.
Better still "gapmanreturns" why don't you R.I.P. Give us all a laugh !!!!

KZread is youtube - not BBC. Muppet. 🙄🤣
What's wrong with Des' upper lip?
And even today! he has a kid under 10yrs old.
I fail to understand why the BBC has uploaded a video of such poor quality that it wouldn't have been screened like that in the '60s. When this originally aired I had a 20" TV and it was better to watch than it is now at 6" width on a laptop screen! ... The BBC should be doing better than this. Appalling.
Des reminds me of Tony Blair there.
