Jordan was the best obv but Drose had a way of throwing himself at centers and using ball handles for points against ANYBODY like no other. For someone at 6’3 that’s an incredible feat especially, it goes to show how he could’ve developed even more if the body didn’t stop him.

Thibodeau is an idiot. His three best players from that team: Rose, Noah were all damaged goods before they were 30. Thibodeau ran them into the ground. And it wasn't because he didn't have a bench. Jimmy Butler only got to play his rookie year because Deng went out with an injury from being overplayed. Jimmy killed of course. When Rose was hurt he was just back from being out for 15 games with an injury. Thibodeau played him for 39 minutes in a game in which the Bulls were up by 15 with three minutes to go. Rose got hurt in the last two minutes -- and not on a bad landing. He got hurt on a simple take-off because his legs were exhausted and not in game shape. Then Thibs went to Minnesota and had not learned his lesson. His starters there led the league in minutes played. Thibs should never be a head coach again.

Watching MVP DRose back in the day was like seeing a childhood superhero garner success, too unfortunate we were betrayed by the basketball gods too soon, I'm still a DRose fan regardless where he goes, can't wait till next season!

Now I see why his knee got bust so many times. He lands super hard on one knee ALL the time. And mostly his left one. Simple things like landing properly after a dunk or layup can make that difference between having a career and not having one

I know right, that’s why sometimes the right thing to practice on is the simple things like how to land after jumps, how to stop yourself after a layup, how to slow yourself down quickly, how to fall properly when hustling for the ball, all these little things can seriously male a big difference and is something a lot of basketball players neglect

We wouldn't have the Drose we have today. The Drose today is better not explosive but changed his game to thrive in today. Hes in his prime rn lets see what he does with a prime blake griffin and andre drummond.

@@BoopBoop508 nah Bro. He's 30 and he's not outhere carrying teams to championships. That's not a better drose, that's a limited drose. You CANNOT tell me he's playing better. He maybe playing smarter and patiently but that hasn't made him a serious match up threat anymore. He's slower, less explosive. He's like a declining Brandon Jennings. Not to say he ain't good, but now he's just... There.. But anyway, we've seen flashes of old drose in games. But we'll never see him posterzing anymore.
