    If you think thats an incline bench or that its not a dominate shoulder movement then you have some stuff to learn. did anyone notice that he had completely strict form and locked out every rep. Not like how the BBers bounce it and only move the bar 10 inches

    when u do shoulder press with a slight tilt it makes it easyer on your back. try it

    I've seen kai greene do more weight than that and he's a body builder still impressive
