I am very grateful for your help. I have for a long time been searching thist strasse using street view in Google Earth. It seems to fit rather well. However, I am thoughtful about Wenders really filmed in the then East Berlin

...und der wunderbare, damals schon uralte Curt Bois, unter Hitler emigriert und später zurück viele Jahre am Schillertheater Berlin . Wim Wenders brachte ihn anscheinend in dem Film zu einem letzten Auftritt !

maybe Immanuelkirchstraße but this is a guess really (with the help of streetview ;) )

What about Senefelderstrasse (looking south from Raumerstrasse). More trees today. But the Church similar. Logically, a move from the west to the east Berlin; the two angels are moving right through the wall at Lohmuhlenbrücke.
