In order to eliminate the confusion, the new IDs should be given to those whose IDs have expired, been lost or damaged. Those who still have functioning IDs should be required to renew after the expiry, if they get lost or damaged. Regarding the lady who says IDs should have no expiry date, she's wrong coz as a person ages, he/she experiences physical changes that may bring significant differences between the photo on the ID and the physical person

How come districts like Wakiso. Kampala, Mukono, Mpigi where education is always at its standard this time in PLE they seem to be undermanned to pave way for Western districts which have never even been in first 10 positions of education since.there should be politics in education for an intention to kill education in Central region internationally.

Actually most word which carry "r" inside them tend to adopt 'A' sound. Like ; church ,bird,turn and so forth

Let the National ID be left open until the day one dies,that means you have Expired orDead,besides,Nobody can continue using yourID even if it’s still valid for the next ten years There is wastage of money in this area,lmagine printing the samethings,,but i think very few benefit from it!!? Why is it that you can not transact anything using avalid ID of some one who is dead?

The president is using tax payers’ money to fund any project, be it a public institution or private. The resources he uses belong to Ugandans, he’s just a steward who should give an account of his actions

Semujju is a time waster just. Instead of discussing the actual problem he is seeking to discuss an individual.
