I shot everything for ages, about ten years. Now I finally get why nobody ever really commented about my photography. I need a style.

I can’t love Lindsay Adler enough. Her style is unique. A few people have emulated her style. Her tips are very educational. She’s vivacious and pretty. And she’s successful. This was so inspiring! Some things work differently in India but the concept was very helpful and can be some what modified to fit in India. I fully agree with the point that says style is very important to stand out in the crowd.

This really helped me focus down on my work and my values as a person. Exactly what I needed. This is a great followup to her portrait photography talk.

my wife and i are doing weddings and fashion but we live in a national park and I'm always coming across wolves and bears that people love but this made me realise that I had take them out of my portfolios.

I will have to check BH photo and video sample videos more often since it has great content. Thanks.

Great presentation! A lot of the core information that so many creatives don't pay attention to. Not surprising but that's what separates good from great.

at 6:40 ... As business models, both of them work very well. In a shoot you'll have like a 100 to 400 of those slits to go through if you work with schools. But if something is to learn from this is that you can make money out of what you like to shoot and that is a very beautifull truth. Talented people are making good money with photography.

I was there and had the opportunity to meet her. She is one of the most genuine, energetic, and humble people I've ever met. She's the really deal and I would take what she is saying seriously if you want to be successful in the photography industry.
