Hey Polecat or everyone who is reading this. Uhm I saw a comment right below mine ( @Amanda Hall) and it says that you should do something where you're in a helicopter and something like that. On the heli could be written like some type of imaginary TV channel (Like someone else said Live PD for example) and you fly like SUPER Low and fly right beside the Air ONE. And it's just an idea (not even mine lol). See you!

With the main recruitment cycle opening on February 1st I wanted to give any people thinking of joining the DOJ some feedback on the community, I will not be saying you shouldn’t join and I will not be saying you should, that is up to you to decide, what I will be doing is making a list of pros and cons of the community from a person who has been in the DOJ for almost a year. Pros: Good standard of RP: On the most part the RP is good, occasionally it slips but overall you can find a good standard of RP in this community. The community: You will find someone who you get along with, with a large member base from all over the world you definitely talk to some interesting people from various backgrounds. Cons: Under appreciation of work: One of the aspects of the DOJ is that you can create your own work whether that is a skin, a model or a document and submit it up your CoC, however, you will find that there is a lack of respect and appreciation for your work on multiple levels of the CoC, whether that is failing to properly credit or taking advantage or something else your work feels like it has been for nothing sometimes. Staff and admin issues: Some of the staff and admin team are great, you can talk to them easily and have a laugh with them, others clearly only want the title of the role they are in, there are several staff and admin members who show minimal respect towards members with some bordering on harassment or cyber bullying, this is the minority however it should not be a thing with in a community of this size, having had experience in three departments I can definitely say that the two worse departments for this are the Fire department and the sheriff department. Summary: Overall the DOJ is a great place to RP and to meet new people, you also get a sense that Head Administration (Polecat, Angel, Ghost) do want what is best for the community, unfortunately issues with staff and admins underneath them can make it quite a hostile place and a hard to enjoy place to be, it has felt like a chore to be a member at times. Most of the problems especially with the Staff lie in the Fire department and Sheriff departments. I have witnessed members be brought to tears by some of the issues in the two departments and leave to join a different community such as ACDC RP, which is unfortunate but I can still see it happening if these people that are causing these issues aren’t removed.

Do a pirate episode and capture the yacht with hostages and have port authority attempt a tactical rescue. Y’all can plan an ambush once you try to leave with the winnings. It’s dynamic and forces the DOJ users to think outside the box.
