It originally was supposed to be in the game, particularly all around Paleto, but was cut due to last-gen limitations. Seeing it looking as it should've been is jaw dropping.

The device in the cabin looked to be an oscilloscope. I use them everyday and their commonly used when working with electronics.

I'm glad to see there are at least a few people in the comments that know what an oscilloscope is.

These guys are amaing to me. I found polecats video's a bit after my second born daughter passed away. Him, Jeff and Buggs made me laugh when I didnt even feel I could smile. I now watch them every day. "These videos help more then you could think polecat. So I thank you guys for doing what you do"

I should've bought night vision goggles....then maybe I could see half of the episode.

It wasn't a heart monitor in the cabin. It was an oscilloscope. It's used for measuring voltage and/or amperage oscillations in electrical circuits.
