One of the rare occasions Dave didn’t throw the mike stand across the stage after the first chorus of the song. I saw them at Crystal Palace you could tell Dave was in a mess as was Martin. Poor Alan was holding everything together on stage, no wonder he walked away

Not a fan of this era of the band. Seeing Dave in that state was uncomfortable. Nice visuals but the 4 occasions I saw DM on that tour the sound was flaky and their performances were all over the place. The Broken Frame tour was much better. Proper DM. Thankfully they get over all this. And I don’t even miss Alan. He might know what buttons to press in the studio but he would be nothing without Martins songs.
