What a thoughtful, deep and decent man!

His shy elegance, his natural refinement are absolutely moving. He emanated something noble but evasive, abstract, little certain, confused while he has conquered something precious, unique, tremendous with Depeche Mode. You can start to be proud oh my little Dave ;) ;)

He's perfectly beautiful

Some of the questions seemed to have brought some tense feelings. I really love the side of Dave that is gentle and sensitive. However, as we all cant be limited to 1-2 emotions i appreciate his authentic self. He comes across a lil softer after the passing of Fletch in more recent interviews. I am thankful for the upcoming album and tour and it will be a very difficult chapter when they stop producing music.

I love Dave Gahan,talented,humble and handsome!God bless you Dave and your family!

Contrary to what most people have commented, I liked the ''questions''. They weren't typical. Minimalist subjects that allowed him to take them wherever he wanted, and let the first thing that came to mind be his answer. I think this sort of interview actually suits Dave very well, because he is naturally a very honest, open person who shares his inner world with ease.. and he HAS come out his darker years to be quite the philosopher.. so yeah. He did seem a little tired/under the weather so not as enthousiastic as we've seen him on other occasions maybe, but you could see how he took his time to come up with thoughtful answers, which I think if he thought the questions were crap he wouldn't have done.. I enjoyed this.

+Jose Guillermo Sanchez Arellanes I think the appropriate answer is "To the fans it appears to be addicting." :-) To Dave, I think he is quite cognizant of what "real" addiction is, and probably doesn't want to make light of that condition by comparing it to music. Innocent enough question, but heavy implications.

Whoa, bladder cancer (2009). I googled his name just now, and found out. As well, recent music video Revolution, trending on You Tube, still playing in my head. I was gas-ed how gaunt Dave looked in blk. N' wht. yet admire he can pull-off iconic bare chested vest look. To this day, my most prized possession, touring the Angel '05-06' poster , and my one and only concert ticket, Phoenix, Az. U.S.A . home in Austin, Tx. Truly a once in a lifetime experience to see the Greats.

8.13 touched me very much... Dave seemed quite uncomfortable during the interview, like he was kinda shy and tired.. Some questions were nonsense to me, but some others were interesting. Loved when he said his biggest mistake is speaking without listen (some as I do..*blush*). Maybe somebody who has watched the video thought that he would have said drugs, but he left it far behind. Thank you for sharing!

Un homme tout simplement...... avec du vécu , de la maturité .... Humain , sensible , éloquant ... une certaine humilité ... Avoir appris de ces cotés positifs et négatifs ... On ne peut tout savoir sur sa vie ses peines ses ambitions et tout le reste mais on ressent tellement de choses quand on l'écoute... En définitif une belle personne
