i feel like people forget what it feels like to have fun while sober cause for ALOT of people the only time of the day they are sober is at their 9 to 5. i worked at kroger for 1 year and saw 3 people get fired for showing up drunk so imagine how many employees go home and instantly down a pint. i am a slave to what i have just explained thats why i know its true. ive quit smoking and drinking for a few days before and i obviously i felt shitty because of withdrawals but my mind was clearer than it had ever been and i know that once i actually quit ill be way better off. its so hard cause quitting these substances makes you more prone to anxiety and drinking also takes away that anxiety so its just a constant cycle of trying to quit and getting so anxious i take another drink. if youre going through this too i wish you the best💪

Dealing with substances for pain emotional or physical is no substitute for a better well being. I don't drink because I don't want to have damage to my liver. I used substances as a youth and continued on to not feel the need to drink. Seeing that I now use weed as a way to deal with physical pain also living with schizophrenia and getting treatment for that. Smoking cigarettes isn't healthy period but I do. I use tobacco as a filler for smoking weed I use both at the same time. But in the end I'm gonna need treatment for my physical pain to better live my life without that. Good for you Denzel for living your best.

I got to the point where getting high or drunk doesn’t make me feel that good anymore and the after effects are worse than the temporary good feeling but I just find myself doing it out of habit I guess. I wish I had the discipline to just quit my bad habits for a year or at least a few months but always find myself doing well for a while without it then after a bad week the escape of substances seems so appealing again.

I will be up till 3:30 am and up by 7 or 9 and don't drink coffee. Same shit I don't drink or smoke or pop pills tried it all and just sucks the fun for me. I just naturally have crazy energy. Never used pre-workout also diet and sleep does wonders.

Dealing with substances for pain emotional or physical is no substitute for a better well being. I don't drink because I don't want to have damage to my liver. I used substances as a youth and continued on to not feel the need to drink. Seeing that I now use weed as a way to deal with physical pain also living with schizophrenia and getting treatment for that. Smoking cigarettes isn't healthy period but I do. I use tobacco as a filler for smoking weed I use both at the same time. But in the end I'm gonna need treatment for my physical pain to better live my life without that. Good for you Denzel for living your best.

I got to the point where getting high or drunk doesn’t make me feel that good anymore and the after effects are worse than the temporary good feeling but I just find myself doing it out of habit I guess. I wish I had the discipline to just quit my bad habits for a year or at least a few months but always find myself doing well for a while without it then after a bad week the escape of substances seems so appealing again.

I will be up till 3:30 am and up by 7 or 9 and don't drink coffee. Same shit I don't drink or smoke or pop pills tried it all and just sucks the fun for me. I just naturally have crazy energy. Never used pre-workout also diet and sleep does wonders.
