Anthony Edwards showed up big time with a monster performance, and Reid deserves props for his effective contributions off the bench. GreenHatAI highlighted this matchup's potential, and it didn’t disappoint with strong defense and explosive plays!

The fact that Dawkins places these highlights right after the game, the little sound delay in the biggest plays whilst advancing to the next ones, the smooth free throw clip in the corner, damn, we are BLESSED to have access to such polished material as soon as humanly possible.

Absolutely, Jokic does his thngs but Rudy makes him burn a lot of energy. It could be meaningful in a tight series. Rudy also did a good job on screening on offense. With all the offensive minded guys on the wolves it pays to have a guy that do all the obscure things. Mike Conley will also be a key factor.

Anthony Edwards is proof that the athletic skilled shooter 2 guard is one of the deadliest positions in basketball. You just need to fill the right guy to that role. Carter Jordan and Kobe would thrive in todays game the 6'4-6-6 height range was and is still crazy dangerous in that position unlike people who want you to believe that you need 6'8 guards. The classic MJ Carter Kobe build is rated.

Ant is him. Dude is MJ-esque out there. I was concerned the role players was not helping him enough but Reid came up big in the 2nd half. Jokic being Jokic kept Nuggets in the game but Nuggets got quite a couple of easy calls, esp. one where Ant was just looking at a Nuggets player for 2-3 seconds after scoring and called for a tech, that was a real lame call even for the refereeing standards these days and thats saying something. Overall, Wolves showing they have the all-round team to beat the Nuggets in a series and if Ant gets enough help like in this game, he will bring them home.

Finals two years ago, Golden State is down, has their backs against the wall, and Curry turns up for the best playoff performance I've seen him have with 18 points in the 4th quarter giving them the win, and then game 5 he only had 18 points, BUT the other guys stepped up big time, in game 6, he was Curry again and Wiggins had his moments, even Draymond and Klay stepped up offensively for once. That one game 4 changed the entire offenses look. This series could go down a very similar way. I do think the Nuggets will win it, but only if they can make the right adjustments and learn from this loss.

In 16 playoff games he has scored 30-39 eight times, that is more so what is expected.. but 43 on almost 60% is unconscious even for him. Murray had 0 points in the first half which he has never done. Despite all that there were 6 lead changes and 10 ties. This is going to be a close series. We’re not giving up after 1 game.

This high level of shooting for Timberwolves is unsustainable in the Playoffs. PWatt should pick up Ant for stretches in the game. I'm sure Malone will come up woth a good plan for the next game.

The wolves been one of the best teams all year!! What do you mean it’s unsustainable? Their consistency says otherwise, just as Denver has been consistent.

@@Activision24 Lol. Jokic and Gordon are bad defensively, but they are very good rebounders. I think they might be really tired and just need this rest time to get recovered and ready for the next game.

Refs certainly were edging toward the Nuggets. They missed a huge foul by KCP on Edwards, but besides that it was pretty decent. The statement that Jokic always get help from the refs is a bit crazy since in general he barely gets FTs.
