Topic- dentin bonding agent
This is a very important topic that you should know clinically as well as theoretically because it is very commonly asked in theory as a long answer question so to understand it well and to be prepared with complete answer I’m going to divide it in 3 parts. This part will mainly be about the introduction which contains- definition, ADA specification no, composition, indications, development and milestones in dentin bonding agent.
Development of adhesive (M-R-X molecule) in itself is a short answer question so I will cover about it too in this particular video and also started with the main topic that is generations of dentin bonding agent but the rest will be continued in next part to complete about the generations.
In this video we will also see in short about smear layer, smear plug, hybrid layer as these terms are included in the generations and hence you should have an idea about what they mean.
