This is so helpful! I just want to make sure that I got this right; We get X-ray interpretation on the interview day, not on the bench. Correct? My other question is, can you clarify more about the tiebreaker that you felt? You don’t have to say what it was exactly, so we can avoid it! Thank you so much!! P.S. I loved how you talked about the accent thing. All love and respect for our brothers and sisters in Pakistan!

Don't try to act someone that your not (practice interview session with other people to see if you are truly being yourself during the interview). In a nutshell; do not be fake. You can be humorous as long as your within limits of comfort. Avoid overly-zealous religious talk, political talk and most importantly avoid any short of negative talk. Even if you have to express about the shortcomings of your previous work or your school, make sure, you express it in the most constructive and positive manner. People tend to attach the negative talk to your personality which won't leave a good impression. Do listen to my video on "how do you manage stress" question. Avoid sounding like a victim. Don't make Jerky, rapid movements on the zoom or camera. Avoid fixing your hair during the interview (we all do it) . At all cost please don't try to teach the interviewers. I know some candidates who got into a heated discussion, because they felt they were right. The last one would be; don't act desperate, learn to be confident and negotiate "Don't beg" . All the best
