When you are studying in UK you are allowed to work part time till a maximum 20 hrs per week. So yes it is possible. But after doing MSc there you can't work as a dentist till your ORE is cleared. Reason your BDS degree is not valid.

@@rayapudiajay1018 I’m not sure how it works in UK, but in Canada even though you are fully accredited as a dentist in another country, you still have to apply to college of dental hygiene and get properly certified to work as a dental hygienist in Canada. This may entail having to complete an entire program before becoming a licensed dental hygienist.

Yes all need to get registered. But if you have done dentistry from a country whose degree is recognised then no exam required. Just a document submission process. Check out the GDC UK website.

For working as a dentist kzread.info/dash/bejne/hW2By499ZLqog7Q.html they have made it tough due to nationalisation. For an assistant I don't think any experience needed. But getting a visa might be difficult. If you are going in a dependent visa then might not be a problem.

Sorry didn't understand what you meant. If one person is a dependent himself he can't have anyone accompanying him. Second after pg in clinical you can't stay since you can't get a job till you clear ORE..

There is no website as such. You have to go those job websites of Canada and search for those jobs and apply. But they rarely will provide visa. So, the option is better for those who have PR. Explained this in the video.

Yes usually with students visa you get a permit to work part time for a specific no of hours per week. So get yourself registered and then you can work part time..

Yes can. Unless they specifically write not allowed in her visa. Used to happen rarely.. check other comments below to understand that. But that is rare. So most cases spouse can work..

Clearing exam not compulsory for getting a job. Even after BDS from India you can get a job. The main advantage of exam means you are registered so you can get a higher salary.

@@blessyjoseph1921 hi blessy.. i had a talk with my agent ... bcz i was also afraid of the same thing but dey said that nowadays sop don't takes place.. we just have to send them a letter of explanation.. so if we make that letter of explanation strong enough then they wont reject the visa.. you just have to show them that you will come back to india after this course...

Only after you do your internship you get the degree right? Don't know about the process in Pakistan. Check the website of GDC UK. They have list of documents if you have those you can apply.

Jobs are not much of an issue if you are willing to go to the outskirts. But first you have to get your PR. No clinic will pay for your residency. Once you get a PR there are opportunities.

Highly variable. No such right answer. Job as MDS starts from senior lecturer. How long will it take to get promoted to professor is what you need to consider. It also depends on college.

He is giving some wrong information here. You can work as dentist or dental hygienist in private or NHS clinic since it's not necessarily a training post.

Because they feel as a dentist why would you a grade lower. It means you are using the course just to get inside the system. So they reject.

You have to decide what you want. Clinical or non clinical. If clinical you have to clear NDEB exams. We have a video explaining it.
