To answer ur question yes u can use the Sc3900 with ur PC. just remeber u need tracktor or serato or any Dj software..

I am currently using a Kontrol S4, and also a Kontrol X1 when I use vinyl or CD with a DVS.

2x SC3900 + 1x Rane sixty two = best dj set up EVER! XD

Ok, i'm VERY interseted in starting to learn how to scratch,/mix/DJ. but I do't have a labtop, and im unable to hook up anything to my PC. can still use the Denon SC3900? im really confused.... Please Answer anyone!!

yes hook up straight to your mixer. Use CDs or usb with audio files.

It is native to Serato Scratch Live.

then your mate has got the wrong model number or brand or something cause there are several videos of DMC WORLD champion DJ Switch absolutely blowing the "competition" out of the water using Denon SC3900's. These things even have two rotary controls on the top which have a marker on them where, if you set the two rotarys to the green markers, the whole 3900 matches the performance of a traditional Industry standard Technics SL1200/1210 turnable.

It just reverse the sound.

My main concern on this new deck is the Platters resolution. The 3700's are Ok but can be better. Thats why it was rasied from 1480 to 2960. Even at 2960, its still not as good like pioneer cdj decks even though the pioneer has a non motorized platter. The shorter the hand movement, the more accurate the deck is. If you used a Numark Ns7, you will see and feel the difference. Even the Numark NS6 is tight for a non motorized platter.

I love Denon products but these models are so dam old. I mean it's not like they are tur tables. These are media players.

This guy acts as if Denon company paid him for promoting this player. Too much commercial talking and not enough objective look on features. Every DJ gear has its pros and cons, and on this video I hear only "awesome", "amazing", "great improvement", "pretty cool", "really really accurate", "really nice", "you know", "you know", "you know". I'm not buying this commercial talking. Instead of this I recommend reviews by DJ Tutor (Ellaskins). And Denon? I have two and I will never buy Denon again.
