The Denon DJ Prime 2 is finally inside the DJbooth.net Lab for the full review treatment. This is the unboxing video for the Denon DJ Prime 2 which is a two-channel all in one standalone DJ console. The Prime 2 is a trimmed down version of the Denon DJ Prime 4 which has four channels, costs more, and is bigger all around. The Prime 2 is aimed at those users who don't want to spend as much money, don't need four channels, and don't want to lug a heavy console around with them if they went for the Prime 4 edition.

Hoping for Serato Pro support on the P2! You simply don't want to tackle heavy 8hrs wedding gigs with that cute 7" screen 😉. I would still use standalone for all other occasions but wouldn't have to buy an extra unit. Crossing my fingers, Denon...
I work in the same industry here in the uk bud so know how busy it has been for you working from home...Good to see you are all good though...Looking forward to the main review of Prime 2...recently got a DDJ 800 as couldn't wait for this so may have to consider swapping it out for this.

I own the Prime 2 and it is awesome! Highly recommended!

Thanks! I'm not really in IT but I am a national network engineer for the building and maintenance of the country-wide fiber network of the largest telecom company in the US. All my work is completely on the computer with an internet connection though. Hope I didn't give away my company too much. lol. Thanks for the words of encouragement.
