Omg I love that technique on the Denman brush!!! Definitely something I will be trying next!!!

Your demonstrations are fab, I’ve been trying to wrap my head round that denman brush technique for ages but the way you showed/explained it, it clicked immediately! Same with the finger rolling, you showed it so simply and clearly

Your hair turned out really nicely. I like the way the Denman brush turned out better and the brush side seemed less time consuming. I can't do the upside down or all the scrunching you do since my hair is reallt fine and thin. I would have a complete head of frizz. I am eager to see if the products you used would work well on my hair. Loved the bounce factor, too. A beautuful head of hair on a beautuful woman. Thanks for the great detail in this video.

This Denman technique seems like the opposite of the Denman curling I've seen. I'm gonna try it!

I'm a low maintenance person and I've only been seeing finger rolling and it's so time consuming. I've the brush but will now be using it to help form those more stubburn waves on my under layer.

Hey! I'm new to cg community. I wanna ask something if u don't mind ..Do you think diffusing gives more volume to fine hair as compared to air drying? I tried cg products for the 1st time & Idk why my hair took 6 hours to dry after styling n all. Curls were stiff, stringy& had less volume. Did i applied to much product?

@Jad Ateia ah yes, the classic pick and choosing of what to acknowledge and reply to. that whole swerve tactic ain't gon work on me jus stopp embarrassing urself by repeating that she don't have curls since i jus explained very clearly how she does. u lost here cuz she clearly has curls, periodt. stop gatekeeping, there r diff curl types, textures and patterns. if her hair weren't naturally curly, it wouldn't have the ability to even curl up like u can see in the video

Saved this video! My hair went curly after being straight to barely wavy my whole life. I am having to learn all new care. The Denman brush looks like a techniques I can do! I’ve just started to learn how to finger coil and finger curl.

It doesn't make sense to me to do all the finger coiling and then apply gel with praying hands method aka straightening it all and ruining the finger rolling work. But maybe you have such thick hair that it doesn't bother your hair. So for my thin-haired curlies - try just scrunching with gel after finger coiling! I need to try the denman brush method, I love the effects but I don't know if i can manage to do it.

I have thin hair and I do something similar to the Dennan brush method. I curl my hair around a thick knitting needle and pull out the needle and move to the next piece. I have to do it on halfway dry hair or the curl won't hold it shaoe

Your hair looks a lot like mine. Still not sure of my curl type I was thinking anything between 2 b-3b. Amazing the difference these make. Ypu have a bit of young Mariah Carey thing( I mean it in good way she was coolest back in the 90s).

I’ve always read that diffusing should be on the low setting and low speed. Now, she’s telling us the opposite. What gives?

It depends on your hair type. I have thick hair and can handle it. If someone has fine or thin hair low to medium heat is enough. I’m actually currently in beauty school to be a professional hairstylist
