It's a good time to be an armwrestling fan. I like these little glimpses of the Eastern armwrestlers, it is nice to see you guys interacting so we can see your personalities in these training videos or features. Denis and Oleg both seem like likable dudes, they don't seem conceited or anything like that, and it's fantastic to see that these dudes can remain humble. Conquering the ego and the self speaks much more about one's character than conquering another man. Once I heard how Oleg's left arm development was a product of the umbilical cord wrapping around it and that he spent his childhood treating it like a disability, it occurred to me that that perception likely made humbleness a critical element of his personality.

A lot of people here may not realize how difficult it is what's he's doing. That handle is massive. If you don't have enough grip strength, then 50lbs will feel like 300. I love the contraption they have there since most gym handles are very narrow.

I would never have expected Denis to have such short fingers. I have small hands and my fingers are also 12cm. The width on the other hand is monstrous.

всех не имеет смысла потому что они не прибавят, так как занимаются постоянно, а Денис только восстанавливается. Так что имеет смысл только Дениса проверять.

Я не знаю у кого не закрепляеться у PAL есть специальные платформы и все стои мертво. Вопрос по технике "кинг мув", ни Василий Кузнецов ни мы тебе не ответим так как в правила пишут рефери а не мы, организаторы соревнований.
