Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge Remco and thank you Jo for making that happen :) I am extremely grateful for having being able to learn from you first in the online course in your Dutch Institute for Schema Therapy, and later following your webinars and watching videos that you produced. My way of conducting schema therapy, has been evolving and I feel much more confident than before. I can also notice how much powerful are the techniques for the clients!

Chairwork is one of the most powerful and effective tools not just in therapy but in daily life.
This is excellent, thank you. But it struck me part way through - it's a bit like Gollum/Smeagol talking to himself!
