This comment made me really happy. Yes, I can attest the mask can survive a few drops on the floor and most of the cost comes from the amount of work you put into it!

Or you know...... You could buy a 3D printer and filament for 200 and print all kinds of things along with the mask.

You have no ideas how happy this comment makes me! I love watching tutorial videos from more popular creators like Kamui Cosplay and Punished Props, which inspired me to start make my own videos.

I love this! Not to mention if someone wanted to make a custom mask they could just decorate the mask differently. I'd love to do a crossover of these masks with my favorite game Twisted wonderland.

Yeah, and he carved his out of wood! I guess if you live alone in the forest though, you have plenty of time for arts and crafts.

I used paper plates and a lot of different tapes and glue. It was a great alternative I don’t watch anime’s. But this helped me make my own kitsune mask. I sorta wanna make demon slayer now. I thank you greatly. I don’t have to spend a lot of money on cosplays instead it’s homemade and feels more Special.

Yeah, I was having the same problem, so that’s partially why I decided to make the video.

Loved it! Very well explained process. Probably gonna make me a pair (without mesh and with a thinner foam) to hang on my room as decoration

This is such a cool video! I've never worked with foam before and have wanted to make nikaido's demon mask from dorohedoro, but was unsure how do get that glossy finish and keep it lightweight but sturdy . Def going to take some time to invest in the materials / respirator but I'm very excited to learn how to work with foam. Thank you so much for making this video & making cosplay prop making more accessable
