The light novel is definitely filled with a bunch of funny bits. Kumoko is funny as all hell. The thing that really sticks out is the unreliable narrator.
Even now, This is something I'm not certain about, but I think the other options at this point were still "get huge" or "stay small, but advance to a rad and rare version of small"
