Demo Of Zara's New Flagship Store In Madrid
Omni Talk Retail's Chris Walton and Anne Mezzenga traveled to Madrid to bring you a step-by-step demonstration of everything Zara's newest flagship store has to offer.

You can come next time, but only if we can sit at a cafe and watch the world go by too :)
I live near the one in Battersea. They don't work, all the staff have given up on the systems.

Any of the systems highlighted in particular. The parcel retrieval system, for example, seemed to be working quite well when we were there. Lots of customers were using it.
