Youve listened to many beautiful but sad songs from her. Some more light songs that I really like from her is Solo with Clean Bandit, ruin the friendship, games, concentrate, confident. Some of my favorites at least. And I looove when she sings a song called Heart by heart.

Stone cold is her own song, a lovelymm no live performance is Hallelujah and she was sick at the time but it’s still an amazing performance! Or For you live it’s an incredible powerful song and showcases her best vocals

I always interpreted the song as her being dumped because they found love in another woman as their love faded for her. So this is her trying to be strong and say she is happy for them because if you truly love some you want them to be happy and genuine, but life is chaotic and so sometimes their right love isnt you. She said " I wish I could mean this but here's my goodbye" which leads me to believe that she was putting up a front because she loved them. She keeps the pain inside. Like the Chorus is her telling them but the verses are what she's thinking. Or maybe this is her working up to tell him because each Chorus grows in intensity as she starts falling apart with that withering front.

Excellent reaction! I like the way you stop it quite a bit and talk about it because that’s why I watch these things. She no doubt wrote that about a break up. A lot of her songs are about things that happened in her life, and it seems to be quite common for singers to write about break ups they’ve had.
